Many stages in the life of a company involve the drawing up of specific deeds, the publication of those deeds and, where appropriate, amendments to the registration with the Crossroads Bank for Enterprises or with the VAT authorities.
PME-Conseils assists its clients by preparing draft versions of the various reports and minutes.
PME-Conseils then formalises the company deeds by drawing up the necessary documents (appendices to the Belgian Gazette, the Registry of the Commercial Court of Brussels (French-speaking), wallonia, the Crossroads Bank for Enterprises, etc).
