DEEDS OF COMPANIES – LEGAL AID
Many stages in the life of a company involve the drawing up of specific deeds, the publication of those deeds and, where appropriate, amendments to the registration with the Crossroads Bank for Enterprises or with the VAT authorities.
PME-Conseils assists its clients by preparing draft versions of the various reports and minutes.
PME-Conseils then formalises the company deeds by drawing up the necessary documents (appendices to the Belgian Gazette, the Registry of the Commercial Court of Brussels, the Crossroads Bank for Enterprises, etc).
CERTIFIED CONSULTANTS
The partners of PME-Conseils are certified SME consultants for the Brussels-Capital Region and the Walloon Region.
This certification allows them to carry out one-off assignments, half of the cost of which may under certain conditions be subsidised.
TAXATION
Besides the services offered by the Accounting Services Department, PME-Conseils provides its clients with detailed responses to all questions concerning VAT formalities.
